Group coaching programs

Aim: To support women in learning more about life-giving spiritual practices and developing a fresh approach to Christian spirituality

Program Launch: The program begins with a 2 day retreat Food for Mind, Body and Soul.

Monthly Group Sessions: The same group meets each month for 60 minute development sessions to learn and evaluate various spiritual practices. During these sessions, the participants make progress on individual priorities, remove barriers to advancement, apply various spiritual practices and network with other women

One on one sessions

Aim: To provide personal support and accountability on the pathway towards wholeness and holiness.

Monthly Individual Coaching: Participants each receive monthly individual coaching sessions. They receive one-on-one coaching, guidance and support in addressing specific challenges in enriching the spiritual life. These coaching sessions take place via phone or Skype.
